Hi! I am Manoj Kumar Panday a Perfumer & I present an art from Kannauj, Perfumes are made using a hydro-distillation process, which uses nickel-plated copper vessels to prevent rusting. Flowers are soaked in water and cooked in the container, while the condenser is filled with oil. When the flower vapor boils, it flows through the hollow bamboo pipes into the condenser. The aroma of the vapour is absorbed

by the oil in the condenser. It takes 5-6 hours to complete this process.

After the condenser has cooled fully, the excess water is removed from the oil. This Technique is repeated every 30 days, depending on the quality of the perfume.
