Exchanges Policy

Before you Exchange a Heritage Box product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from the other.

In spite of these variables, at Heritage Box, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please note that Exchange will only be made on the damaged products caused during the delivery.

We offer only exchange. The customer must initiate the exchange request via email at  within 2 days of receiving the goods.

  1. The goods must be sent back in their original state, with intact tags.
  2. We do not accept exchanges on custom-made pieces / bulk products. 
  3. Items sold under discounted price cannot be exchanged.

Exchange: The exchange courier will be booked by the Heritage Box, the proof of delivery damage should be emailed , the process must be made within 15 days of delivery.

Cancellation Policy: Once the order is shipped from our warehouse, cancellation and refund is not possible. 

Please note that the order fulfillment timeline does not include unforeseen and not in our control delays in the event of a natural disaster, war, calamity or epidemic. In such circumstances, your order will be processed and dispatched after our production and supply chains resume smoothly when any of the above events have passed.

No exchange on Sale/Discounted Products.

Order Confirmation Email: After placing your order on, you'll receive an order confirmation email. This email contains a link to Heritage Box's website. Make sure to bookmark this link, as it provides information about the status of your order, which is continuously updated.

Shipment Email: When your order is shipped from Heritage Box's warehouse, you'll receive a Shipment email. This email includes details such as the items shipped, the courier used for shipping, the courier's website address, and a tracking number.

Tracking Shipment: To track your shipment, visit the courier company's website mentioned in the Shipment email. Use the provided tracking number to check the status of your shipment.
